Register now for the first big race of the season.  Come Wednesday, March 17 to run the Flint St. Patrick's Day Road Race with a scenic course, minimal turns, making the course flat and fast.  Along with the 4 mile race, there will also be a 4 mile fitness and race walk, Men's Heavyweight division, luck of the day Pot O'Gold drawing and not to leave out the kids, the Little Blarney 1/4 mile fun Run. 1/4 Mile Little Blarney Trot (Open to all boys and girls ages 10 years and younger) 5:30pm

Complete Runner Pot O'Gold 4 Mile Road Race 6:00pm

Associated Foot Clinic - 4 mile walk 6:05pm

Court Plaza Chiropractic Life Center Heavyweight Competition 6:00pm

Award Party at Masonic Temple 6:30pm.

Entry Fees

$18 Early registration (postmarked by 3/13/10), $20  March 14-17 and $5.00 Little Blarney Trot.  Registration includes a commemorative Sweatshirt for the adults and children.  Add $2.00 extra for XXL or XXXL. Make checks payable to Flint's St. Patrick's Day Run.

Registration

Registration by Mail: for entries received on or before March 13th, take advantage of the early registration discount.  Click here for your registration form to mail to Complete Runner.  Your packet and your commemorative sweatshirt can be picked up at Complete Runner on Monday, March 16.  Race day registration will be held at the Masonic Temple at 8:30am.  Online registration at Active.com.

Location & Facilities

All events will start in Downtown Flint, on Kearsley Street.  The course is wheel chair accessible.  Dressing rooms, showers and restrooms will be available at the UM-F Recreation Center.  Race Day registration will be held at the Masonic Temple on Saginaw Street.  Packets can be picked up on Monday, March 16th at Complete Runner, 915 S. Dort highway, Flint, MI.

Course

The fast, flat and scenic 4 mile course runs through the University of Michigan-Flint campus, through the cultural area and loops around to finish at the Masonic Temple.  Featuring the New Guilkey Trail that goes thru Mott Estate.  The race is sanctioned by Track Athletic Congress (TAC) and is an event of the Genesee-Lapeer-Shiawassee Regional Fitness Council.

Aid Station / Split Times

there will be water at the 2 mile mark and at the conclusion of the race.  There will also be a clock at the first mile mark, split callers at each mile and a clock at the finish line.

Awards Ceremony

the Awards ceremony follows the events at the post race location at the Masonic Temple.  Awards will be given to the overall Male and Female finishers, the Heavyweight Award and the Fitness Walk.  The awards will be presented as soon as the race finishes and results are available.  Little Blarney Trot Awards will be given at the completion of their race.
