Please complete this form when purchasing an Advertisement or Greeting in the St Patrick’s Day Mass Program.  Programs are distributed before the Awards Ceremony and Mass at St. Mathews’s Church on March 17, 2025.  The Awards Ceremony begins at 11:30am with Mass starting at 12:02pm.  Your Advertisement/Greeting order and payment must be received by March 1, 2025 to guarantee a spot in this year’s Mass Program.
